Wow. Wow. I have so many great things to say about using Matt as my agent for purchasing my first property. First, he listened to every word of my personal strategy and financial plan for making this purchase—adding in his own insight and wisdom based on his vast experience in the industry. Then visiting properties was an absolute hoot! We talked about things from all angles, weighed the pros and cons, and made an adventure out of every showing. (My mom tagged along on a few showings and Matt's enthusiasm has her considering a career in real estate.) I learned SO much during these showings from Matt that served me on this first property AND in anything else I purchase in years to come. Very knowledgeable. We bought a house and sold our first house in a rapidly changing market.
Matt was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on how to get our house ready to sell and helped us get the best price as prices were falling fast in our area. He kept us constantly updated on what comparable houses were selling for and was great at keeping communication and negotiating between us and the buyers to ensure we were successful.
